This Privacy Policy describes how NESTY LLC ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with teenytool (the "App") and the teenytool website at teenytool.com (the "Website").

Information stored locally on your device:

• Trial start date and license key
• App preferences and settings
• Favorited tools

None of this data leaves your device. It is stored locally using macOS Keychain and UserDefaults.

Website analytics (Google Analytics):

• Page views and session duration
• Browser and device type
• Approximate geographic location

Website advertising (Facebook Pixel):

• Page visits and button clicks for ad optimization

Payment data:

Payments are collected and processed by Polar. NESTY LLC never sees or stores your payment card details. Please refer to Polar's privacy policy for information about how they handle payment data.

2. How We Use Information

• App data stays on your device to manage trial status and license validation
• Google Analytics data helps us understand website traffic and improve the product
• Facebook Pixel data helps us measure advertising effectiveness

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Information may be shared with the following third parties solely for the purposes described above:

• Google Analytics: website usage data is shared with Google under their data processing terms
• Facebook Pixel: website interaction data is shared with Meta for ad measurement

We do not share data with any other third parties.

4. Cookies

The Website uses cookies via Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel to collect usage data and measure ad performance. The App itself does not use cookies.

5. Your Rights

California residents (CCPA): You have the right to know what personal information we collect, request its deletion, and opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

EU/UK residents (GDPR): You have the right to access, correct, delete, and port your personal data. You may also object to or restrict processing.

• Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel data is retained per Google and Meta's standard retention policies
• License and trial data is stored locally on your device and is under your control

7. Children's Privacy

teenytool is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at teenytool.com/privacy. Your continued use of the App or Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
