These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of teenytool (the "App"), developed and operated by NESTY LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using teenytool, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not download or use the App.

2. License

• teenytool is licensed, not sold. A one-time purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the App on your Mac.
• The license is non-transferable. You may not transfer, assign, or sublicense your license to any other person or entity.
• No refunds will be issued after a license key has been activated.

3. Free Trial

• A free 3-day trial is available with full access to all features.
• No credit card is required to start the trial.
• The trial automatically ends after 3 days. To continue using the App, you must purchase a license.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the App or any part of it
• Share your license key with others

5. Intellectual Property

teenytool, including all code, design, content, and trademarks, is owned by NESTY LLC. All rights are reserved. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to use our trademarks or branding without prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NESTY LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App is limited to the amount you paid for the App.

8. Updates

NESTY LLC may update the App at any time. Updates may add, modify, or remove features. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of any changes.

9. Termination

NESTY LLC may terminate your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination for cause, you must stop using the App and delete all copies. Activated licenses are non-refundable upon termination for cause.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted at teenytool.com/terms. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
